Wasn’t for me
The pillow is great as far as adjusting height to suit, however it did nothing for my neck pain as the support was lacking. I’m sure it will suit many others..just not me

Emma adapt pillow
Ordered the above pillow after spending weekend at relatives house using her Emma pillow I ordered one. I am very pleased with the pillow and sleep so much better . Only issue was the smell which comes from the pillow . It is gradually wearing of now but was quite unpleasant in the beginning .

Very supportive

Was dubious to begin with
I bought the adapt pillow and was really pretty sceptical about the risk of trying something new for the price tag. I usually sleep with two pillows and bought the Emma pillow to replace my bottom pillow. To begin with I felt it was too high and too hard. I gave it a go for a while. I took out one piece of filling and it seemed to make it a little better with the two pillows. I have however noticed over the past few weeks I have been using the soft top pillow less and putting it on the floor at night. I thought the pillow was hard at first but with time it feels more supportive than hard. I think it is an extremely comfortable pillow and seems worth the price tag. You do use it for hours every night after all

Wouldn't recommend
I left it a few weeks to test the pillow because I'd suffered a locked up muscle in my back and by the time I tested the pillow and found it wasn't right for me, the window to return it had ended. The pillow positioned my neck in a terrible position and I ended up with a lot of pain after only a few mins. So, my advice is to test it quickly and send back if its not right for you.

No, the Emma Original Memory Foam Firm Pillow does not have a blue layer. It has three foam layers: a gel memory foam layer, a visco memory foam layer, and an HRX foam layer. The gel memory foam layer is white, the visco memory foam layer is grey, and the HRX foam layer is black. You can remove any of these layers to adjust the height and firmness of the pillow.
