Sleep changing
I first experienced this pillow when staying at an Airbnb. I had the best sleep of my life, the type where your head hits the pillow and you don’t move all night. I immediately purchased two and have no regrets. Pillows are a personal preference and one size doesn’t fit all but I’d recommend this pillow if you like a pillow that holds you in place but also feels like sleeping on a cloud.

Can't recommend enough
Perfectly firm and can be adjusted to your own desired firmness. Nice and soft and the foam is airy and can take all your weight to provide support for your head and neck. The temperature stays nice and cool all the time which is bliss. Highly recommend for side sleepers.

Resolved recurring neck/rhomboid mucsle problems I've had for years
This is obviously very per person dependent so just because it worked for me doesn't mean it'll work for others. Previously I had a pillow which was much thicker and had a well for the neck. On reflection this probably exacerbated the pain I was feeling in my rhomboid muscles when I woke up. I ordered the Emma pillow because my partner bought it and rated it. I removed one of the layers so it looks really quite flat but after a few weeks of use it has definitely helped. I can sleep on my side/front and back with no issues. Would recommend giving it a go if you're having issues, I was sceptical it would resolve anything but it really has.

Very Comfortable pillow
This types of pillows are amazing, once you try, you cant go back. That said, does take a couple of days for your head and neck to get used to the change.

No, the Emma Original Memory Foam Firm Pillow does not have a blue layer. It has three foam layers: a gel memory foam layer, a visco memory foam layer, and an HRX foam layer. The gel memory foam layer is white, the visco memory foam layer is grey, and the HRX foam layer is black. You can remove any of these layers to adjust the height and firmness of the pillow.
