Post sale service dreadful
I purchased a chair for my wife who is recovering from knee surgery. Had to drive a good distance to collect from a store. Once assembled, which took some time, I noticed a severe cosmetic issue on one of the show faces. 3 times I tried to contact customer services via chat - each time being fobbed off with nonsense. Each time I asked for copies of the transcripts of the chat - nothing. I can’t return the full item as my wife needs it for her recovery, I needed a part sending out to replace the faulty item. Just went round in circles with undelivered promises and no follow up.

I initially bought this chair to tied me over between my old settee and armchair being taken to the tip and me buying a new settee and armchair. It is a simple chair but it is far better and much more comfortable than I expected. I am so pleased with it that I may use this as my regular chair. The seat height on this is 46.5cm. It's not the same height as the back.
