This bulb should physically fit the lamp.
But it won't be suitable, because the Argos Home Satin Stick Table Lamp - Rose Gold Blush Pink8887665 recommended maximum wattage is 6 watts, and your Philips bulb is 15W.

The 15W LED E14 T25 Light Bulb cannot be used for a sewing machine. This bulb is for use in fridges and freezers.

Our supplier has advised that the Habitat Largo Touch Table Lamp requires an SES/E14 (small screw) mini-globe dimmable bulb, up to a maximum of 6W. The Philips 15W LED E14 T25 Light Bulb would not be suitable.
