Not fit for purpose
This phone is not fit for purpose. The sound quality is so bad you cannot hear what the caller is saying. The battery drains in front of your eyes, even on power saving mode. I put 6 numbers in the contacts list and the battery had gone down 50% The ringtones are horribly tinny and cannot be turned down to an acceptable volume - only loud or louder. This phone does not live up to the Nokia name. It is terrible quality and very overpriced.

Good phone
It's a good phone easy to use and set up and handle. I'm used to a smartphone. I like the ease of use. I like the colour. It has a couple of drawbacks - the keyboard lettering is hard to make out. Possibly because the phone is dark purple. It could contrast better if you had a light colour phone. The SIM card slots are tiny and even if you have excellent eyes you'll struggle to see which way the SIM goes in. I needed glasses and a magnifying glass. The symbols are about 1mm big. It was hard to pull the SIM out again. Decent phone all being said.
