4G phone
Recently bought this phone as I needed 4G, its similar to my last phone but the settings are not easy. Cannot turn the sound off to text, the phone does not ring if on silent plus the battery does not last long. Its ok for texting which is all I use it for.

Reliable little phone
I bought this phone as a simple phone to use at work as smartphone unreliable. It will run on 2G, 3G and 4G. It’s clear and loud and has a long battery life. Internet is very basic as too is the camera but at the price a good reliable phone. Nokia are not the tough phones of the 90’s they used to be, but they do the job well. Recommended.

Let down by not having basic Bluetooth
Purchased this easy to use phone for my mother who has hearing aids. She can't use a smart phone and this was simple for her to use. However, although the device has Bluetooth 5, it wouldn't connect properly to the hearing aids. I would imaging that a lot of people who use these type of have hearing aids and could be quite elderly and this seemed odd that they wouldn't connect using the Bluetooth properly. I think that Argos should have this in there description or specification of the phone and warn customers that that if might not potentially connect to other Bluetooth devices. I spoke with Nokia technical and they confirmed that the phone might not connect but also done have it in their description and the Argos store were next to useless and wouldn't refund the device, as we'd put a SIM card in it. Even though they failed to inform customer of this issue in their description/Specification or let them know that you can't put a SIM card in it. I've left a review to make others aware if purchasing for Bluetooth to hearing aid reasons.
