Good but lots of the slats were split
You really need a lot of tools and concentration to set up and sadly a lot of the slats were split

Kids love it
The kids love it but it was so hard to put together. The wood was all labelled which helped but the screws weren't and the instructions weren't helping. Some of the wood split too when putting the screws into the prefilled holes. Once the frame was made it did get easier though but be prepared it takes a while to put together. Kids do love it though and it's got them playing outside more.

Lots of fun while it lasted.
I have just disassembled this unit which has been used by my grandchildren throughout CoVid, so just less than 3 years. It was assembled by a contractor as Lockdowns meant I could not do it but contractors could. All the bolts & screws have rusted badly as they were not of outdoor "galvanised" quality. Although the timber was initially oiled or treated for outdoor protection many pieces have cracked badly and the unit was becoming unstable which is why I have removed it. I am looking at trying to repair and restore it but it will not be a cheap exercise needing to purchase 42 galvanised bolts and over 200 galvanised screws plus various pieces of cracked timber. While the children enjoyed playing on it you can not look at it as an investment but rather, unfortunately, as a disposable toy that will only be safe to use for a few years and then off to landfill it goes.

Warning: you have to be an engineer to assemble this thing
We're at 10 hours and still assembling the item. I expected it to come with assembly needed, but not to this degree! You have to be hyper detailed to follow the instructions and there must be at least 500 separate parts. For the shipment fee we pay, I suggest you consider sending this at least semi assembled.

This is a great system
This is a great system and my kids love it though putting it together was a nightmare there were 5 separate packages and none of the sections matched up with the packaging. for example the rock climbing wall had to pull one piece form package 1 and 2 pieces from package 2. The installation manual was not a very easy thing to read and understand and was not clearly labelled. For this reason i would not recommend any Plum Play equipment to friends unless they are 100% confident they have alot of time to put it together. My main issue here was i was putting it together on Christmas Eve.

Excellent
Great sturdy climbing frame. Boys aged 8 and 2 cannot get enough of it. Took a whole day to assemble though

Would recommend
Instructions were very good and service/delivery also. The kids are going to love the climbing frame as the design is great. The only thing that stops it from being a 5 rating is the quality of the sceews provided. Some of them were made of quite a soft material and lost their drive very easily rendering them useless before I'd finished screwing them in. Others had only half a drive hole to start with. Once I bought decent screws the whole thing worked well! All in all a small issue. In summary I'd recommend the company.

This cube is fantastic, my
This cube is fantastic, my kids go on it, under it, over it and slide down it. It really challenges their gross motor skills and coordination as well as their imagination. We love it. Straight forward to set up. Needs 2 ppl and a drill, but I managed and I'm a mum of 4. Was fun.

Hi Zoe! The assembled size online includes the slide for the Wooden Climbing Cube. Thanks!
Hello Neo,
The supplier has advised the following for the Plum Wooden Climbing Cube: the item comes with ground anchors which need to be attached to the frame then concreted into the ground.
You can't lay the concrete as a slab under the entire thing as this would be a hard surface that could risk injury if the child falls when using the cube. You'd make a set of square holes, one at each corner into which the concrete would go and the ground anchors would be set.
I hope this helps.
Thank you for using Q&A.
