Prevents impact on joints whilst exercising
Very good for exercising in front of the TV. Good if you are trying to avoid impact on your joints. They are bigger than you think but will rest against a wall when not in use. Beware if you have a cat -mine wants to shred it. Surface can be slippery, don't just wear socks.

Springs are very noisy
Great rebounder but the springs are very noisy so had to return and bought another with the bungee type ropes instead

Good value exercise trampoline,
Great vaule for money compared with other online retailers. Minimal assembly required, just screw the legs on. Its on the smaller size for an exercise trampoline but certainly a good way to start, Seems sturdy, quality seems good and is quite fun to use.

The springs that come with the trampoline must be used. Fitting something other than the springs provided could invalidate the warranty of the trampoline.
