This is an amazing camera, its settings are easy to use as it the app it connects to. It is supper lights weight and small so it is easy to take with you. All in all it is brilliant wether you need it for professional use or for ever day things.

A little on the small side.
Absolutely love this camera but…. First off, I’ve come from a 550D to the R50 so it’s a fantastic upgrade in many, many, ways. The only criticism I have and this is entirely personal as I have fairly large hands, is that where the 550D sat perfectly in my hands, the R50 feels small and a little cramped. Most of the time I’ll be using it on a tripod so it’s not that big a deal, however if your intended use case isn’t tripod based then I’d recommend that you visit a store and hold one and see how good a fit it is for you. Overall I’m really happy with the camera and the accompanying app.
