No, Rust-Oleum Universal All-Surface Gloss Paint is not recommended for the inside of a bath because it is not designed for prolonged immersion or extreme exposure to water.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Rust-Oleum Universal Gloss Paint 750ML: We recommend removing any loose rust by scraping and wire brushing or by sanding. As the Universal does not contain a stain block, any stains from the rust will need to be blocked using the Universal Stain Block primer.
