After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Rust-Oleum Chalky Floor Matt Paint 2.5L - Anthracite: We recommend allowing 24 hours before putting your room back to normal, which of course would mean walking on it.

The full hardness of the paint is achieved over 7-days, however it can be walked after a minimum of 24 hours.

The supplier has advised the following for the Rust-Oleum Chalky Floor Matt Paint 2.5L - Anthracite:

“ Unfortunately this is not something that we recommend as it is for use on horizontal/flat surfaces. If applied to vertical surfaces you will experiences difficulties with the sag resistance.

If the customer prefers the matt finish of the floor paint we would recommend the Matt Furniture paint which will lend itself to all of these surfaces. ”

The Chalky Floor paint is suitable for concrete and wooden floors ONLY and can NOT be used in wet areas.

"The Rust-Oleum Chalky Floor Paint is suitable for concrete and wood floor surfaces only and unfortunately isn’t suitable for hard shiny surfaces such as tiles."
