I bought this ring doorbell around 3 weeks ago as an upgrade and it is far superior to my older one. I can now see the whole garden through live view. It has good detection, and the quality is excellent even in the dark.

Expensive
I bought this primarily because the battery can be removed for charging (or you can buy a spare battery as I did). I still had to buy a case to put it on the front door and this doorbell was more than twice the price of my previous Ring dooorbell which did last a few years, so maybe not the best value but more convenient when it needs charging.

I bought this three weeks ago. It’s my second ring door bell. This is for my elderly dad. So he can see and speak to people without getting up and down all the time. Also I can keep an eye on whoops around his house. Great value for money.
