Great item big improvement on previous version
We switched to the Ring Doorbell Plus because our previous Gen 2 model was draining the battery far too quickly. Honestly, the Plus has been amazing. We even purchased an extra battery just in case, but so far we haven’t needed it at all. We live on a very busy street with frequent motion alerts, yet the battery has been going strong for almost three weeks without needing a swap. The performance has been a huge improvement and it’s been completely hassle-free. Would highly recommend the Ring Doorbell Plus 👍

I purchased this item to replace the existing one as it has a couple of improvements. However, I was extremely disappointed to find that the bell came with an angled fixing plate instead of the standard flat fixing plate as per previous model. This should be mentioned in the product description so that customers are aware.

Impressed by this product.
It has proved to be a good product with a great colour picture and clarity. It also surprised me how well it works off a WiFi device rather than typical internet connection. The app dashboard could be improved but that doesn’t put me off using it. I will most definitely be buying more ring products in the future!
