Bought this as my old doorbell stopped working. Never miss a caller at door now. Love how you can see who is there before answering. Also bought a spare battery which I charge immediately after the change so that I am never without it I would recommend everyone to do this.

The Quick-Release Battery Pack is an optional accessory that can be purchased separately. It allows you to remove the battery pack from the doorbell without having to unscrew it from the wall, making it easier to charge the battery.

Yr not getting person alert, and video playback, which is why I purchased it for, Im rreally disappointed, in this and feel coned, as thus was never told to me by the sales person she either didnt nnow or just mislead me????
