I was a bit concerned as I wasn't able to see or feel the mattress before purchase. When unpacked, I thought it may have been a bit too soft. However, not a problem as it is SO comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. Very happy with my purchase. Lots of great nights sleep since it arrived.

I purchased this a few weeks ago, it said that the foam will expand which it did in certain areas but not in the corners as it was compressed too much. Appart from that my daughter was happy with the mattress.

You can rotate the mattress but you are unable to turn it so you are using the bottom.

It will not fully expand. After 3 weeks, the corners were a mere 9cm and the middle only made it to 14cm instead of 18cm as advertised on the website

Please see below as per our care guide lines for rolled mattress recovery.
Please ensure that you unroll and place it on a bed in a warm room for 24 hours before use. After this time the mattress will fully regain its normal shape.
Please note that recovery time will be faster when placed in a
warm environment.
The mattress cover should not be removed.
