The ProAction 25L backpack has a spacious main compartment with enough space for your laptop, iPad and other accessories, making it the perfect cross over backpack. You can store your water bottle in the two side mesh pockets. Reflective prints make sure you're seen at night. The 2 front zip pockets allow for further organisation. Carry the Crossover 25L Daypack with the top handle, or wear with the shoulder straps. The padded back panel provides improved impact cushioning. Made with durable diamond ripstop polyester.

I bought this for my swimming stuff. As I walk to and from the pool, it is much easier to carry it in a rucksack. It is a good size, fits in all I need but also compact enough to fit in the pool lockers. Feels comfortable to carry as well.

I have got the 35Ltr version of this and found inside the bag at the bottom everything was wet. I had put cardboard at the bottom for strength as the base felt very thin, but have had to remove it and put plastic bags inside after being out in the rain.

This bag has 5 compartments in total. It would be personal preference if you feel it is spacious enough to use as a nappy bag.
