About this product
The Henry Xtra takes everything the classic Henry does well and adds a few extras that make a real difference. It's a corded bagged cylinder that runs on a 10m cable, so you get plenty of reach without dragging it around or running out of charge halfway through. The 6l bag holds about five times more than most bagless models, which means fewer trips to the bin and less hassle overall. It weighs 7.5kg, so it's solid but manageable, and works across carpets, hard floors, stairs, upholstery and even for car cleaning or DIY jobs.
The standout bit is the AiroBrush, a turbo tool that uses the vacuum's airflow to spin the brush and lift stubborn pet hairs from carpet fibres. You also get a hard floor tool for peak suction on tiles and laminate, plus a crevice nozzle, upholstery nozzle, dusting brush, and combination floor nozzle. The self-seal tab on the bag locks dust in when you swap it, so there's no mess. The 2.2m hose and stainless steel extension tubes provide good reach, and it runs at 72 decibels, quieter than many cylinder vacuums. Suitable for all floor types and includes everything to tackle almost any surface.

I'm very happy with my Henry hoover. I have a cordless one (different brand) but sometimes you need that extra umph which this provides. Easy to manoeuvre and comes with plenty of attachments. Highly recommended.

Great vacuum with the build quality that you would expect. It is easy to move around and has plenty of suction power. I bought for the garage floor, cob webs etc and it does the job great. I got the Xtra and it had plenty of tools which will be ideal for the car. Assembly is very easy too.

Why Have We Not Had A Henry Before??!!
Having only just bought Henry Extra very recently having had Dyson & Gtech over the years I’m wondering why we’ve never had one before? Even going back to a corded vacuum is no bother because at 10mtrs long you can cover a huge area before needing to plug it in elsewhere. You haven’t got any stupidly expensive batteries to replace once they lose their charge…or cheap knock-off batteries that will probably catch fire & burn your house down! The suction on Henry is absolutely awesome…& I mean AWESOME! Never have our carpets looked so clean, but without the noise too, surprisingly quiet for such power. The 6ltr dust bag will last for ages before it needs changing and all the extra tools you get with Henry Extra means that nowhere is out of bounds. At £139 this surely has to be the best value for money vacuum cleaner around by far and remember that this and most of its components are made here in England (Chard, Somerset to be precise) so you are supporting a British company and British workers. The only mass manufactured vacuum cleaner still proudly made here in England…not the Far East! I just don’t know why we’ve ever had a Henry before??!!
