After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Peers Hardy Kids Black Fabric Strap Sports Stop Watch: On the tikkers app the alarm is listed as set a reminder.
You may set up to 5 reminders per day this will gently vibrate at the desired time so long as the watch is successfully paired and within the 10m range.

After lots of experimenting, I realised the instruction booklet is incorrect. To switch the alarm off you need to
1. Use the C button to select REAL TIME mode.
2. Use the B button - NOT THE A BUTTON - to set the status of the alarm.
Then follow the rest of the instructions in the booklet - the remaining steps are correct.
