Cost £37:50 in Aldi (which I missed!) £40 in Argos until 3 weeks before purchase increased to £60 then “reduced to £50 which I paid. Three bought; for parents car and two grandparent’s cars. Very lucrative market!

Youve been given poor advise from the staff. Development wise your child is the same as any other 3 year old. Even though meeting the height and weight requirements the bones in her neck are not mature enough to be forward facing. My children are high centile children as well and weve found Axkid seats meet their needs best and keep them the safest possible.

Yes, she is far too young for this seat. I recommend a joie 360 and keep her rear facing. Read up on car seat safety.
Yes she is to small for this carseat and should remain rearfacring till around 4 years old .

“ Our i-Trillo is suitable from 100cm to 150cm. Which is approximately 3.5 years of age, however all children will be different ages at that height and this car seat is height based. ”

"This car seat is based on a minimum height and as a guide this is usually around the age of 4, but first and foremost it cannot be used until 100cm."
And also:
"The i-Trillo is suitable from 100cm to 150cm. We can confirm that 3 feet 4 inches is approximately 101.6cm, therefore this is suitable."
