Don't Bother
I bought this one about 6 months ago as it was on offer and have had very restricted useful use from it. There are two charging points on the power bank itself but it only comes supplied with one (exceptionally short) cable so you can really only charge one item at once, unless you carry another Samsung cable around with you. There does not appear to be anywhere that you can buy the same official cables either. I mainly use the power bank to power the charger on my watches. I find Samsung official cables exceptionally fragile so I can plug in the watch charger and not move it. So far that at least has been very successful & my Watch7s charge in just over an hour. I would say that my S25 phone takes 1.5 hours, well in excess of the Superfast charging claimed, but Samsung's version of superfast charging on one of their flagship phones is abysmal really (25W!). If you have a 45W phone this will not do the job. The power bank itself takes hours to charge (4 hours at least) but at least I can get several full charges of my S25 or Watch7 from it. It also seems to get slightly warm. On the plus side it looks good & seems sturdy but those are hardly good enough reasons to choose this over any others.

This just doesn’t work it doesn’t hold a charge. And samsung support has been abysmal. Passing me around the houses. UK warranty law covers this product but they don’t seem to agree because they can’t repair it.

Good Power Bank
Not so keen on the recycled appearance ,would have perferred the metalic aluminium look which you got a few years back,,yes this is my second 10000mAh power bank from Samsung,the first one is going strong after 6 years but I decided to buy another one and this one is FAST,getting 20watts on my Samsung 23+ at the start of the charge ,this drops as the battery and heat up but still comes in 8 to 12 watts then as the units cool a bit its back up 20 watts,,my old one is rated at 15watts max,as for the reviews about the banks failing to charge up or even discharge this are made with in built protection and holding the power bank charge level indicator button,,,the only one one the unit,,,for 7 seconds resets the power bank and away you go,,in 6 yrs i only have to do this reset twice with my old one,and as i say thats still working with no drop in performance

Great powerbar
Charged phone up very rapidy & carried enough charge for repeat later as well as other phones: the only downside that it is slow to charge from mains... Maybe need to try faster cable. Slips into pocket or bag.

Was working fine for about 4/5 months then totally stopped working. No charge indicator lights at all and no charge output. Not what I'd expect from a premium product.
