The built-in timer feature means you can set it and forget it, letting the lights come on automatically each evening without any fuss. Habitat 480 Multicoloured LED Christmas Tree Lights:
You change the mode via the transformer. Just press the button on the transformer to cycle through the different lighting modes. There are 8 modes in total, ranging from twinkling to static.
Once you have found the desired lighting mode, release the button. The lights will remain in that mode until you change it again.
