Badly crafted
This was very badly made and required a lot of effort to get the shelf on the easel to fit into the grooves enabling it to be moved up or down. I'm in two minds about returning it

Decent little kit
Really easy to use, and set up, just turn the wing nuts to loosen everything off and remove the canvas holder amd turn it around. Great for a mixture of sizes. Paints and brushes are decent too.

The supplier has advised the following for the YXSH Acrylic Painting Box & Easel Set - 24 Pieces:
"It is not tested for children". For children's use, i.e. persons under the age of 14, it would need a different set of testing criteria (e.g. EN71). Therefore, we advise that it is not suitable for use by a 7 year old child in this case.

The dimensions of the two canvasses that are included are 20cm by 30cm. Possibly not the ones in the picture!

I have spoken to our suppliers who have confirmed as follows.
Yes it folds flat, but it doesn't fit back in the box,
The rest on the front of the easel needs to be the other way round (removed and turned over) to go back in the box
But without dismantling, it still folds down.
