Love this product
This vacuum is fantastic and easy to use. I have been amazed at how clean my carpets look and how much dust it has collected even when the floors looked okay. If is extremely easy to go from the hard floor to carpet settings. I would highly recommend.

Brilliant hoover.
I absolutely love this hoover. Its lightweight, it is so efficient, picks up all the dogs hairs and the antiwrap brushes/rollers really do work. Highly recommend it.

Poor suction on carpet and no way to improve.
Used once…does not hoover carpet at all well…seems to ‘stick’ to it and head stops working. Incredibly heavy and not. Ouch on my previous Shark. I purchased it from a company online do I return to them or yourselves as it is definitely not working as a hoover should. Photos of the carpet after ‘vacuuming’ can be provided

Fantastic - given the carpets a new lease of life. I can’t believe how well it cleans and I love the headlights and manoeuvrability . It has been transformative. Brilliant for getting dog hair from the carpet and easy to dismantle to do the stairs.
