Shark anti wrap upright
This is my 2nd shark vacuum, I have been very happy with the vacuums that I have purchased. It is quite lightweight abd I like the fact that you can remove the dust container and use separately with other tools for cleaning stairs, and the car. I would say this was very good value for money and the performance is very good. I have several shark equipment and would recommend that you try them out.

A basic but powerful hoover
I would class this hoover as a basic model for Shark. That said it is powerful and is easy to use. As others have said it does feel slightly cheaper made but it is lighter in weight which I think is a positive thing. The only negative aspect is the design of where the tools go. That is ridiculous and im suprised it made it through design stage. The brush attachment is also hard to remove from the end of the nozzle. The brush feels flimsy in comparison to my old hoovers. All that said in my opinion often basic is better when it comes to less going wrong so overall I am happy with my purchase.

Great suction.
The suction is great, but the lift away system isn’t as good as our previous Shark because the main head isn’t now attached, just the hose. Disappointed that there was only one attachment supplied when the body has 2 location points which seems a little mean. Generally the quality doesn’t feel as good as the old one, but the suction is great!

Awful model don’t buy it
I absolutely hate this vacuum, having had a shark for many years, it was time to replace and I didn’t get the same version, assumed they would be the same. This is awful. Cord is on the wrong side so constantly in the way, breaks your back to push it when suction on high, doesn’t pick up when it’s on low and these are the only 2 options. Release button is next to cord, so cord is just in the way all the time. Get a different model, Only found out when using it so can’t return, but if I could I would.

Indeed, this unit features Anti Hair Wrap technology with a unique bristle guard and comb that actively separates and removes long, short, and pet hair, sucking it straight up into the dust cup and helping to leave the bristle brush roll tangle-free.
Our Anti Hair Wrap Upright Vacuum is safe to use on both hard floors and carpets. However, if you have delicate or wool carpets, especially loop pile types, we recommend testing the vacuum on a small, hidden area first. This will help ensure that the spinning brush rolls do not damage or unravel your carpet fibers.
This vacuum comes with a power/surface switch that allows you to effortlessly switch between modes for cleaning both hard floors and carpets. In addition, the Suction Control Slider adjusts the suction power according to the floor type: MIN decreases suction to enhance maneuverability on carpets, and MAX increases suction for hard surfaces.
It's not recommended to put an air freshener disc directly inside the dust cup of this unit, as it could lead to airflow blockage or interfere with suction. Additionally, certain chemicals or oils present in air fresheners could degrade components in the vacuum, and if the discs used aren't specifically intended to be in a high-friction or motor-heated area, it might result in a fire risk.
To detach the Dust Cup, pull up on the release button located on the side of the handle. Tilt the cup forward and lift it off. Position the cup over the bin and press the release button to open the bottom. To clean the Lint Screen, lift the tab at the top of the dust cup to access the lid and remove the debris. Always make sure to unplug the power cord before performing any maintenance.
