Excllent product
Fantastic hoover excellent suction the ability to move around the room easy to use. I feel more independence using this as its not heavy amd you can lift it to do stairs. Having a mobility disability it gives me the freedom to use it with cobfidence.

I got this product for Xmas for me but really it was for my daughter too! We both was so looking forward to using it while it sat under the tree ! It did not discount every accessorie was fantastic and we have create so many different looks using it ! It’s light but so powerful just love it

Brilliant hoover, didn’t realise how much my old hoover wasn’t doing its job until I used it the first time and the dust compartment was full! Lightweight, easy to manoeuvre, easy to store. Can’t find a fault to report in it.

Does the job
Good all round vacuum easy to use and empty. I wanted a vacuum that I could use on the stairs and in the car as well as cleaning room carpets this does the job.

Don’t bother
We bought this to replace our last Shark vacuum and we’re very disappointed. It is nowhere near the same quality and doesn’t have great suction like our last one. There’s just one accessory Even the kids have asked about it, noticing the difference, only saving grace is we bought on offer but it still wasn’t cheap. Do yourself a favour and buy a different brand.

Overall - Disappointed and cannot recommend
Bought a Shark hoover to replace my 15 year old Dyson. To be honest, I totally regret buying this. So what's the issue: 1. its VERY hard to push on Carpet even for an adult and I would definitely NOT recommend this for anyone over 55 for that reason 2. Built quality particularly with the rubbish collection bucket is VERY average, my old Dyson is very solid but this one is light and the plastic is thin 3. Cable is annoyingly in the way when hoovering, keep tripping over it when pushing back and forth 4. Design makes it impossible to hoover under beds (even when the bed has a 30cm clearence

The brush-roll cannot be detached from the unit.
Indeed, this unit features Anti Hair Wrap technology with a unique bristle guard and comb that actively separates and removes long, short, and pet hair, sucking it straight up into the dust cup and helping to leave the bristle brush roll tangle-free.
Our Anti Hair Wrap Upright Vacuum is safe to use on both hard floors and carpets. However, if you have delicate or wool carpets, especially loop pile types, we recommend testing the vacuum on a small, hidden area first. This will help ensure that the spinning brush rolls do not damage or unravel your carpet fibers.
This vacuum comes with a power/surface switch that allows you to effortlessly switch between modes for cleaning both hard floors and carpets. In addition, the Suction Control Slider adjusts the suction power according to the floor type: MIN decreases suction to enhance maneuverability on carpets, and MAX increases suction for hard surfaces.
It's not recommended to put an air freshener disc directly inside the dust cup of this unit, as it could lead to airflow blockage or interfere with suction. Additionally, certain chemicals or oils present in air fresheners could degrade components in the vacuum, and if the discs used aren't specifically intended to be in a high-friction or motor-heated area, it might result in a fire risk.
To detach the Dust Cup, pull up on the release button located on the side of the handle. Tilt the cup forward and lift it off. Position the cup over the bin and press the release button to open the bottom. To clean the Lint Screen, lift the tab at the top of the dust cup to access the lid and remove the debris. Always make sure to unplug the power cord before performing any maintenance.
This vacuum is particularly useful and effective for stair cleaning, featuring the Multi-Surface and crevice tools that are perfect for easily tackling stairs, skirting boards, and other tricky areas.
