Have lovely clean floors
I'm so happy with my robotvacuum. Basically, I decided not to download the App or do any mapping as I wanted to use it flexibly over 3 floors. Once it's charged you just press play and off it trundles. Once it's finished it trundles back to its charging dock, where ever you place this. If it runs out of charge mid clean it'll resume where it left off later on, once charged. And it does this without any programming on my part. It's thorough but to start with there might be a few missed bits, however, I use it everyday and the cleaning is accumulative. The floor has never been so well vacuumed! I've only used the mopping function once. You need to place the 2 bins on top of one another and click it into place. I've not yet decided about the mopping function. My only gripes are that when I empty its dust box dust gets stuck behind a piece of plastic which covers the filter. I use a spoon handle to pick it out. Another thing is it tries to enthusiastically climb over things and has on a couple of occasions got stuck. But now I know, I'll pick up those items before a clean. It is noisier than I expected, but not in an unpleasant way and it doesn't bother me. All in all, it's a gadget I would definitely recommend. I wouldn't want to be without it now. I love how well it cleans and I'm really glad I never bothered to program it, plus I'm glad I didn't go for a more expensive self-emptying one, as this one takes up less room and is very portable.

Black Friday bargain
I have had the hoover for about a month and I love it so far. Absolutely no issues and always leaves my floors looking great. I didn't really do my research before buying and can see why people might spend more to get the models that are self emptying and also the models where you do not have to detach the mop when you want to hoover. I got this in the black Friday sale so really happy considering the price compared to newer models.

robo vac works well, mop a little disappointing
I bought this on a sale price for 250 and have been happy with it. it provides good suction which can be adjusted. can map a single floor and can be order to clean individual rooms or specific areas. the mop function is a little disappointing, the attachment works like a wet rag being dragged across the floor. hasn't worked on more stubborn stains.

This robot cannot mop and vacuum at the same time. It can only do 1 at the time. However, you can schedule it to mop right after the dry-cleaning session is done. The fluid does not necessarily have to be removed each time the robot is used. Only if the water reservoir is full.
Our robot vacuums are designed specifically for 2.4 GHz connections. They will not work on 5 GHz networks due to limited compatibility.

This particular model does not come equipped with the Neverstuck Technology feature that would allow it to go over it smoothly. The metal carpet strip can potentially cause the robot to have difficulties navigating between the rooms. We recommend a model with the feature mentioned above, such as the RV2820VEUK.
To set up the base, it is important to select a permanent spot for the Base, since moving it will necessitate a complete re-mapping of your house by the robot. Additionally, clear away any items that are less than 1 meter from either side of the base or less than 1.5 meters from the front of the base.
