Fanstastic bit of kit
I bought this 8 months ago so pleased I did. Had difficulty at first connecting to internet as my internet kept dropping off the 2.4GHz, bought a booster and works perfectly now.Programmed it with my phone from the app then sit down and chill, great results every time. Mopping is great too,my new best friend.

A decent vacuum cleaner with a poor app
Firstly, as a vacuum cleaner, this is very good. It does a really good job, on carpets and hard floor, even with a long hair dog in the house. It’s easy to set up and use. But, the app is dismal. Simple things like no live view of where the robot is a pain. You can’t matrix clean more than one room at a time. And if the robot is returning to the dock, you can’t stop it and ask it to start vacuuming. Finally, the vacuum sits facing outwards on the dock. Which means the dust collector is blocked by the base. Which is a pain.

Wow
Wow what can i say. This little robot is amazing. I have 3 cats. The suction gets litter and fur and hair up no problem both on laminate and carpet. The mop is also great. I have an open plan ground floor which is quite large and the battery charge is enough to fully cover the area. Absolutely recommend if you thinking of getting one.

Fantastic… but one floor mapped only
Absolute lifesaver, has revolutionised my cleaning pattern and saved me so much energy plus it hoovers and mops better than I could have… only downside is that I didnt realise it can only map one floor at a time so that is a massive faff to reset it every time.

I bought this product a month ago and it is by far the best product I have purchased, it does an immaculate job at hoovering my home. It picks up everything really well, gets in the corners and crevices and can avoid and sense objects and wires to not get tangled or knocked. Great purchase! If you are thinking of getting it, GET IT

Matrix robo
Its is good machine to vaccum, But it didnt tackles hairs on its own , they get stuck in its roller, and also when you give command to mop a specific room ,it goes into another corner and starts taking circles there untill unless you manually brought the robo to that specific room , overall it is not worth of it costs.

This robot cannot mop and vacuum at the same time. It can only do 1 at the time. However, you can schedule it to mop right after the dry-cleaning session is done. The fluid does not necessarily have to be removed each time the robot is used. Only if the water reservoir is full.
Our robot vacuums are designed specifically for 2.4 GHz connections. They will not work on 5 GHz networks due to limited compatibility.
Although we cannot provide an exact measurement of the suction power of this robot vacuum, this robot comes equipped with 3 settings that allow you to change the suction power according to your needs.
