Good robot
For the price in the sale, it’s a good little robot the job quite well, only few annoying things are you have to wipe the map each time you you want to change or amend it, it would be good if you can store a few maps, ie upstairs, downstairs, doors open downstairs etc. Also you have to physically take the mop pad off to vacuum, there should be an option to vacuum with it on

Fun thing to have in your home , learnt the layout great . I did put some flash in the mop part and it does slip from time to time , does say not to put product in the water tank so my own fault . Would be better if you could put multiple schedules instead of just a single . Worth the offer price but wouldn’t buy at full price

As always Shark never fail to impress me with there products - we love this robot Vacuum and mop, it is excellent, I just wish I had spent more and got the self emptying one as this would have made it perfect.

Had it 3 months, worked fine. Now connection drops out to WiFi has to be reconnected all the time, say it on a cliff edge on app and in docking station. Wheel spins on tiled floor when mopping worth more trouble than doing it yourself. Yes it’s in the bin best place for it!

Yes, the Shark Matrix Plus comes with a reusable microfibre mop pad that can be washed and reused. Machine wash on a cold cycle with mild detergent, avoid fabric softener or bleach, and air dry only.

It features our CleanEdge Technology, which uses blasts of air and corner recognition to help remove debris from edges and corners. Additionally, it has a self-cleaning brushroll that is designed to handle pet hair with ease.
This robot cannot mop and vacuum at the same time. It can only do 1 at the time. However, you can schedule it to mop right after the dry-cleaning session is done. The fluid does not necessarily have to be removed each time the robot is used. Only if the water reservoir is full.
Our robot vacuums are designed specifically for 2.4 GHz connections. They will not work on 5 GHz networks due to limited compatibility.
Although we cannot provide an exact measurement of the suction power of this robot vacuum, this robot comes equipped with 3 settings that allow you to change the suction power according to your needs.

This particular model does not come equipped with the Neverstuck Technology feature that would allow it to go over it smoothly. The metal carpet strip can potentially cause the robot to have difficulties navigating between the rooms. We recommend a model with the feature mentioned above, such as the RV2820VEUK.
To set up the base, it is important to select a permanent spot for the Base, since moving it will necessitate a complete re-mapping of your house by the robot. Additionally, clear away any items that are less than 1 meter from either side of the base or less than 1.5 meters from the front of the base.
