Bought this as a replacement. I haven't had this brand before but I am really pleased with it. Only one niggle, the attachments provided aren't easy to slot on to the holders

Great vacuum cleaner
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum cleaner is good does the job as it states, the lift away is good, I was a bit worried it would be unstable but to be fair it’s a decent machine and I’m quite happy with it, time will tell I guess. Also the suction on this vacuum is very good.

Not worth the hype.
Positives: Good suction, on carpets. Quiet 'Lift away' function good for stairs Easy to empty dust bin. Anti hair wrap function works well, even with long hairs. Negative: Weird swivel action when pushing. Handle hurts your hand. Electric cable too short Doesn't get edges Hose too short to reach ceiling, unless you 'lift away' the unit falls over. Lights only function it to highlight the bits it failed to suckup at the edge of the room. Odd switch button to go from hard floor to carpet, in awkward place. Power cord comes from bottom so you're constantly having to hold it out of the way. The tools constantly fall off their holding place, really badly placed.

Very plasticky, feels like it won’t last as long as it should. Difficult to take the attachments out of the storage area, you can hear them crack as the area is a very tight fit. I love the fact the light stays on when the vac is upright. The vac does pick up extremely well and does a brilliant job on carpets and hard floor

Can not get over the power this hoover has, I actually though I was a clean freak and had immaculate carpets… but after using this hoover just once OMG (I actually hoovered the day before this hoover arrived) I was embarrassed! (Usally use another popular hoover that’s only 3 years old) I bought this because of a work colleague, I almost wanted to prove her wrong but I owe her a big bunch of flowers for recommending. I’m going to have a toddler crawling around soon using this hoover along with the shark carpet washer i already have a feel much better !
