Quality product
This is my 2nd shark vacuum. Good quality as always apart from an annoying little squeak when the wheel's are moving. I love the anti- hair wrap feature. The head is a little smaller than my old one , but it's good .

We had new bedroom carpets a few months ago and the in use upright cleaner was a real workout to use. Bit the bullet and bought one of these after using in a holiday rental. Good move - easy to move about with a great pick up ability. So impressed we bought one for downstairs. Great purchase.

We have been using our new Shark for a month now & it is amazing! It handles our German Shepherd’s shedding, my and my daughters long hair and our deep pile carpets with astounding efficiency. It’s also a dream to whip over our laminate and tiled floors. Detaching the unit makes vacuuming our stairs a doddle! Admittedly the machine is heavy to relocate up and down our three storeys but honestly it is worth it in every way!

Bought to replace the model we’d bought 2 years ago that got accidentally sploshed by half a bucket of water. Shark make the best vacuums (we’ve tried Miele, Hoover, Dyson and all the ‘also rans’) and they’re way out front for power and for value. So it was a no brainer to replace it with the same model.
