Not really for me
I bought this a couple of weeks ago and I find it's not as powerful as I thought it would be especially as I bought it cos it's a pet one as I have a dog and a cat the suction isn't as good and the wire is too short compared to my last hoover . I think it would be OK for someone in a small flat but I live in a house so maybe I should have gone for better shark

Unfair Return Policy
I’m really disappointed with this Shark product. It’s very heavy and not easy to use at all. I wanted to return it, but the company refused because it had been turned on for just 2 seconds. I don’t think this is fair, especially since the product does not meet my expectations. I would not recommend it.

Tools issue.
Arrived with the multi-tool missing. Was sent one when I complained, but it doesn't fit on the lug on the vacuum - the tool is too tall. Other than that, it's early days, but the vacuum seems to work well.

Shark Anti Hair Wrap Upright Vacuum Cleaner
I purchased this vacuum for my elderly father, as I already had a shark vacuum and very happy with it. This was a different model to the one I had, but still very happy with it. It is very light, good suction. The light stays on with this model even when you remove the hose, which I prefer. the only issue is the button to switch from hard floor to carpet is down by the chamber, where on my model it is on the hand grip which I think is a lot easier. Otherwise great hoover.

Shark anti hair wrap upright pet vacuum.
With a Labrador who sheds hair constantly, I upgraded my old Shark for the Shark anti hair wrap upright pet model. I only wish I had done so ages ago, as it really does the job. The hair does not collect around the brush which is great, and although I'm 75 I have no problem using it on my various carpets and hard floors. My only criticism is that it is a bit awkward emptying the bin due to the reduced opening and the internal lip which traps dust. But overall a good buy.
