this was to replace a previous Shark Vacuum and i am slightly disappointed because although the suction is great the wire is awkward to manage and prevents the wand being stored correctly , so I keep mislaying it ..

Great addition to my home

Upright pet anti hair wrap
This is second one I have had Must say not quite as happy with it. Much flimsier than my other one. Do like it’s a bit light though. Nearly returned it but would have been left without one then . Shane as I am a big Shark and Ninja fan have quite a few of their pieces.

Fabulous vacuum
Having used a friends shark and being very impressed, i decided to purchase one fir myself ... git a good deal with free tool kit so was extatuc ,... only given 4 stars as the cable is soo much stiffer than my friends vac and stucks up, which makes it clumsier, otherwise fabulous !!!

I bought my machine about a month ago and am extremely pleased with it with the exception that the handle keeps separating from the base and the base ( brush area) keeps separating from its holder . I therefore cannot lift the machine by the top handle to place it in its storage cupboard. However the suction is the best I have ever had in any vacuum that I have owned including a Dyson and I really like the ability to reduce the suction when necessary ie;my longer piled bedroom carpet as the max suction is so strong that is will not move across the pile but the min suction is perfect.. The first time I used it I could not believe the amount of dirt it extracted.
