Versatile and robust, our handheld vacuum is built for busy homes, with scented cartridges and a range of attachments to make cleaning more enjoyable. We've strengthened our cordless Multi K9 handheld vacuum with aluminium to enhance its performance, so you can deal with the added mess and stubborn pet hair. The Multi K9 comes with a range of attachments for whole-home cleaning. Whilst the power head makes short work of stairs, the dusting brush is perfect for upholstery and your car interior.
Plus, with a handy crevice tool stored inside the body of the Multi K9, you can reach difficult spots as you go.
Use. Recharge. Go. You can charge the battery on or off the Multi K9, and with the handy LED display, you can see how much charge you have left whilst in use.
Car mess? Don't stress. The Multi K9 makes light work of cleaning tight spaces like cars and caravans. The LED headlight leaves nowhere for crumbs to hide, while the on-board crevice tool reaches into awkward gaps and between cushions.
Empty with ease - With a simple latch mechanism, you can empty your Multi K9's bin without the dust cloud. Refit the bin and you're good to go.

This device knocks spots off the previous cordless vacuums. I was much impressed with the power it produces to clean the car of dogs hairs & I use it at home occasionally for spot cleaning.

Marvellous product.
I had to replace my original handheld which I bought when they first came out. It sadly broke and although I have bought various replacement parts I am not sure it can be fixed and needed one instantly! I have two Boxer dogs and need it for the stairs, their beds and all sorts of little jobs that my two upright GTechs can not do! I bought the K9 model five minutes after the other one stopped working and it was delivered the next day, charged it immediately and four hours later was using it, brilliant. Extremely happy with it and look forward to another twelve years of use. Thank you so much.

A replacement for my original K9, which was unfortunately dropped and it shattered. Much improved design and feels sturdier too. The suction power also seems better- wouldn’t be without it!

I like the shape and design, I have the K9 hoover and love it so thought i would buy the handheld, from day one suction was very poor not worth the money, ive had cheaper handheld which were better.

Design has taken a step back from previous model I had with battery indicator now being on the side rather than the top where it was easily seen and the hand grip is not as ergonomic either. Apart from that the performance is as good as ever and would still recommend.

Thanks. Well, it quickly went flat, I rang customer support and was told it was because it needs to be used regularly daily even or it will go flat and mine was not faulty!
With a working career if 60 years in electronics, I disputed this but they refused to accept it was a fault!
Prospective buyers need to be aware of this attitude.
Considering the upright cleaner bought in the same package has the usual expected battery behaviour regarding use and capacity.

When fully charged and not in use, the battery should retain the majority of its charge for several weeks. A small amount of natural discharge is normal over time, however it would not typically go completely flat within 3–4 weeks if stored correctly.
For best results when keeping the machine in reserve (for example in case of a power cut), we would recommend:
Storing the machine in a cool, dry place
Ensuring it is fully charged before storage
Topping up the charge every 4–6 weeks if it is not being used
If the battery is going completely flat within 3–4 weeks without use, this may indicate that the battery is beginning to deteriorate and may require replacement.
