I bought this as a replacement for one I had had for many years - the alarm stopped working properly. I love this type of clock - it always goes with me when I travel. The time alters automatically with the changes of the hour in spring and autumn. No loud ticking and no glaring LED display, no problem if there is a power cut (fairly often here). Just a simple alarm clock that works well.

Bought one of these as it looked perfect for my daughter. Followed all the instructions to set it automatically and whilst the time did change it remained stubbornly about 2.5 hours wrong. Returned the clock and can’t fault the customer service - no issues at all with the refund.
I bought a second clock thinking maybe the first was faulty and still no joy - no response at all on this one to the radio signal and I couldn’t set it manually as the hands didn’t move when I followed the instructions. Again, customer service was great and refund no problem.
Don’t know if there’s just a bad batch of these clocks? My other daughter has one of the little digital radio-controlled alarm clocks and it works perfectly so it’s not an issue with signal in our house.
