Love my coffee
Love this product. It is what I needed as I needed to replace my old one. I didn't have the space in my kitchen as it was small so it was ideal. Makes a great pot of coffee, delicious. It is the right size for my needs, the blue light around the base looks cool.

Compact and quick
This jug filter coffee machine is more compact than my last one but the jug still holds the same amount of coffee which is a great spacesaver. It's very easy to operate and comes with a handy scoop and dobber. The coffee brews quite quickly and I like the blue ambient light when it's brewing and keeping warm. The only downside is it feels quite plastic and not terribly robust, but for the price it's excellent.

Good product, but unless timer needed I'd consider a cheaper non digital model. Not sure worth the extra, but nice machine. 4 stars because coffee not that hot.

High promises, under performs.
Had high hopes for this one, especially given the claims of the patented shower head technology. However, in practice, the water exits the nozzle far too quickly and goes through the grinds too fast, resulting in a weak brew. Even using their programme for smaller volumes of water/stronger brew, it's still very weak. Found I needed to use 2 x coffee filters AND tamp down the grinds tightly to get a half decent brew. It's good in a pinch, but might be worth looking for something a bit more premium, for better results.

Great cup of coffee.
I bought this before Christmas and am very happy with it, no negatives, it quickly makes a good coffee and stays hot for a good time after.

Well made, established design.
Not overpriced, well-made and a design which has essentially remained unchanged for several years. Only one reason for this. It works just fine as it is. Keeps coffee hotter than many rivals but switches off automatically after approx 40 minutes which helps prevent the coffee becoming bitter. I have bought several over the years and would not venture further should I need another.

"The unit comes with the permanent filter but not with paper filters. The permanent filter will be fitted in the basket and filled with coffee but some customers don't use plastic and they use the machine with disposal filters, and have to buy them themselves."

You can remove the carafe at any time. To prevent the filter holder overflowing, replace the carafe on the hotplate within about 20 seconds.
