Good other than automatic hot plate function
We have had this for about a month now and use it everyday. The hot plate function is a real pain as it automatically comes on and you have to manually turn it off. We only drink ice cold coffee so it’s really annoying. We put about 300ml in and press the strong brew button with 4 scoops coffee. Then pour over a 500ml glass full of ice. Tastes great. If I could work out a way to unwire the hot plate it would be great.

"The unit comes with the permanent filter but not with paper filters. The permanent filter will be fitted in the basket and filled with coffee but some customers don't use plastic and they use the machine with disposal filters, and have to buy them themselves."

You can remove the carafe at any time. To prevent the filter holder overflowing, replace the carafe on the hotplate within about 20 seconds.
