Good pump but the touch buttons are a disaster!!
The pump is good and works well, but I honestly can’t believe someone has not tried it before launching or that you haven’t gotten more negative feedback on the buttons! The cups sits well in most bras and you are supposed to to be able to move around while you are pumping but honestly nothing annoys me more than the touch buttons as the speed always changes or the pumping pauses by itself when wearing it around my neck or in my pocket when it touches me or anything else. Why not use regular buttons so this does not happen?!!! Please make a new version with regular buttons instead of touch buttons for all future moms out there I beg you.

Terrible Product
This pump sucks, it says hands free but it's not. First of all the pumping unit is like a brick and you're still connected with tubing. It's so inconvenient. The pump itself is also super sensitive to touch so if you wear the pump like how its shown then if it swings and hits your thigh it'll change the settings or shut it off. If you're gonna get a hands free pump get an actual hands free pump.

I bought this product 2 months ago & it stopped working twice in 2 months. Very unhappy and unsatisfied

good pump but needs a lock function for screen
This is a good pump however it is quite frustrating to use hands free or even sitting as the touch screen is very sensitive. This means it typically knocks off by accident which then disrupts a session. No idea how you are supposed to put the pump in a form of pocket without switching it off unintentionally. I use neck strap but tend to find device rotated inwards to body and again the play/pause button is pressed by skin contact. This pump would benefit from a Lock Screen function to stop this and improve user experience overall.

Fantastic pump for hybrid flexibility
I settled on this pump having experienced the Medela hospital grade pump at the hospital and because it offered a hybrid between ability to pump with normal attachments or the in bra ones (I had tried the Elvies and wasn’t sold on these due to being painful on the nipples so wanted option to pump with traditional attachments). Pump has been great for me, am getting the same volume out as with the hospital grade pump but is much smaller and more portable.

Don’t get it
After three months, it stopped working. The screen is dead and it keeps peeping

App should focus on pumping
While I have no real issues with the pump, I have some real concerns with the app. I’m pumping to donate my milk after losing my son at 25 weeks gestation and while I can get past the packaging having a giant collage of happy babies it was a massive gut punch to be required to enter my baby’s name and birthdate to get started on the app. Why is this even necessary? I want to use the app to track my pumps because I’ve never pumped or breastfed before but I have no baby to track the growth of. Worse yet, when I clicked that I had a negative experience with my first time pumping, the troubleshooting articles are all “breastfeeding this” “breastfeeding that” but all I want to know is about pumping. Even when adding an event on the app everything is about changing, feeding, measuring baby and pumping is only a tiny icon mixed in there. Would love to see an option to focus only on pumping and not the baby I couldn’t take home.

Waste of money
I used this once and then one cup stopped working/lost suction. I have to manually plug the tube with my thumb to get the other cup to work.

Works fine but a few frustrating design flaws
Overall this pump has been fine for me, but if I could go back in time I probably wouldn’t have gone with a different pump. There are a few things that just weren’t quite right. The first and most frustrating is the lack of a screenlock on the display panel. It advertises itself as good for “designed for multitasking” and the promotional picture shows a woman with the control consol in her pocket, but this is not possible as the touch buttons press with the lightest touch. I even struggle to have it round my neck on a lanyard as it turns itself off or changes the speed/suction. It took me a while to get the hang of transferring my milk from the cups into a bag as they spill very easily. You cannot set them down as they roll and spill milk so it’s quite fiddly and resulted in a few spillages which is so frustrating when you are starting out - every drop is so precious! The cups have a flat bottom so they can stand, but any milk that is in the funnel bit spills out when sat this way, so if you sit them on the curved side they wobble about and spill this way. Being pernickity, it’s very loud. Other pumps I used first time round were quieter. Overall, I just feel these design oversights are really quite major and quite obvious so I feel it isn’t worth the hefty price tag. Because if the price I have stuck with it, and as I say it works fine.
