About this product
This Paolo recliner sofa package gives you two sofas designed for proper relaxation. The 2-seater and 3-seater both feature manual reclining so you can adjust your position for watching films, reading or taking a break after a long day. Deep padded cushions with foam filling provide support, while fibre-filled backs help you settle in comfortably. The brown top grain leather finish combines durability with a look that suits most living rooms.
Both sofas feature manual recline with three position options, letting you find the right angle for whatever you're doing. The 3-seater has two reclining seats and accommodates three people when upright, while the 2-seater reclines fully and fits two comfortably. Plastic feet provide stable support and keep the frame raised off the floor. Each sofa supports up to 110kg per seat. Part of the Paolo collection, with a 2 year manufacturer's guarantee. Self-assembly required.

Unbeatable value and service.
A good value sofa set, especially at the sale discount. You really can’t argue at this price point for what you get here. The sofas arrived in boxes, and the delivery guys were exceptional, taking care to get them into our lounge, even with a tricky doorway to negotiate. There is a little assembly to manage, but nothing bad. There’s a wooden panel to remove from the 3-seater, the recliner backs need to be clipped in place, and the arm pads zipped. There’s some panels Velcro parts to attach on the arms and back panels. These are a little hit a miss in quality of manufacture, but nothing that’s awful. The overall impression is good though, they feel well made, and the leather is nice, although indistinguishable from the non-leather parts in appearance (not sure if that’s a good thing or a bad sign!). The recliners work OK, the foot rest part has only two positions, either up or down. The backrest moves in a smooth motion between upright and fully reclined, although there’s no way to lock a particular position. They stay in position while being occupied though. It is very firm at the moment, but I guess it’ll soften with use. But it may also mean it’ll last reasonably well too. As others have said, the grey isn’t grey, it is more like a light olive or sage colour. However, it was these comments that helped us choose this, as it is a really good match for our room. This was significantly better priced than anything else we could find, and delivery time and cost was so much better too (ordered Sunday, delivered Tuesday) we’re overall very happy with it, and would recommend considering Argos and this product if you’re looking for something at a price point.

Great value leather sofa set (3 + 2)
I bought this sofa set in black a couple of weeks ago at a great sale price. While the size is a little small, the sofas are comfortable and well-made. I did have an issue with the stitching on the 2-seater, but Argos replaced it within a week. No issues at all with the replacement. Plus, the 3 seater was perfect, so very happy.

Had my last 2 sofas from argos and never disappointed. Unfortunately this was alot smaller and lighter colour than expected from pictures and measurements given. Looks more beige than grey . However is comfortable and soft. Strip of velcro missing to fasten down the back on one sofa so it flaps but will just add some myself to solve the issue. Came well packaged and boxed and easy to put together.

Yes, the 2 seater Paolo power recliner is in the same style as the manual 3 seater recliner. The only difference is the power recliner is mains powered rather than having a manual lever.

Yes Argos will tell you no but with a large flat screwdriver, the locking mechanism can be released and backs can be withdrawn
Remove just reverse the process of assembly
