Great headphones, terrible microphone
I bought these based upon the reviews, in short the headphones part was great. The microphone was really not very good. It sounded like I was down a well, there was static & it kept cutting out. I tried it on different devices all with the same results. The build quality wasn't overly impressive either. In short I would not buy these.

Great noise-cancelling mic
I needed a noise-cancelling mic for work. A lot of headphones state they are noise-cancelling, but this doesn't apply to the mic. This is the first affordable headset that offers a good mic. I can take calls without having to worry about the other person hearing my background noise. Only issue I've noticed is that the bluetooth option doesn't work seamless on the app I use. Works fine on the default computer settings and is easy to connect to my phone, but for the specific app I use for work, for some reason I cannot connect unless it's wired. Which is fine with me.

Good quality, good value
I bought these to replace a set from another brand that were roughly the same price but were flimsy and broke after a few months. This product is much better quality - comfortable, lightweight but robust with some easy to use features like the mute button. I use them for Teams calls at work and the sound quality is good.

Magic at this price!
Bought these headphones for work and so glad that I did! They connect to my phone and laptop at the same time, seamlessly switching between the 2 without any intervention needed! I dont think even the most expensive headphones switch between devices this effortlessly. I have a 3 month old at home so you can imagine how important noise cancellation is during work calls and I can confidently say that this is amazing too! Works really well. And finally, the battery life is amazing. Lasts me an entire week even though I use it throughout the day for Teams call and surfing Instagram! And the USB C charging port means no other wires/bricks required my phone's charger works perfectly! I wish there was an option to switch off the red light on the mic. I know it would be really helpful for people, but kind of distracting for me. The only dissapointing bit is the design of the USB C dongle. It's too wide and blocks the other port on my Mac. But I only need to connect to 2 devices at a time (as would most people I suppose) So I just use it as a dust protector for the USB port on the headphones :)

These are the best wireless bluetooth headphones I have bought and I have bought a few in the past, they connect very quickly and have really very good sound quality they also have very good noise reduction, I would definitely buy these again when I need another pair and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

These JLab GO Work On-Ear Wireless Bluetooth Headphones cannot be connected to an Xbox console without a separate adapter - the Xbox One, X and S all use a proprietary connection which is specific to Microsoft's branded peripherals.

Only the mic has noise cancelation. The user doesn't get it from the ear cups.
