Poor product and extremely poor service
Bad product and one of the worst customer service I have ever come across in the UK. The corner sofas was delivered with wrong components and also very are low quality, the base cushions slip out when you sit on them. The customer service teams based in the Philippines and India are unable to resolve any issue. The customer advisors give you conflicting information within the same call and by different advisors. I am actually on hold on call from Argos for the last 25 mins while writing this review. It is my 3rd call of the day to Argos and a 10th call in total since I have placed the order. I would never ever order any furniture from Argos again.

Lovely sofa for the price!
Bought this as a stop gap inbetween buying a new house and I was pleasantly surprised at how lovely it is. It’s quite small so wouldn’t class it as a three seater, but it works a treat for me and my partner.

Good price and and delivered on time
At first they were firm as they were new. My wife sat in her spot which felt different to my side. So a month on I've swapped the cushions around its it's ok...not great but ok. They do look good and they are a good size for 3 seaters. They are comfy to lay on. I'd put 3.5 on comfort but this change.

The edge of the sofas is protected with cardboard, then the entire sofa is wrapped in bubble wrap.
