Couldn't face forking out a grand to replace my blown KEFs. Got sick of the audio from the monitor. These were a cost compromise. If you're a true audiophile, you might be disappointed but these suit me fine. They're wired so no worry about the dreaded Bluetooth lag of the T100. The app is particularly useful for altering the sound to your liking. Base is quite punchy for small units. Excellent value for money.

I bought the speakers about 10 days ago and as I am hard of hearing they have made my life much better as I can now hear whatever I am watching and enjoy it. They increase the volume appreciably which is really great for me. A little complicated to set up but worth it in the end. I recommend them

No, it's not normal. Please try the below:
Isolate the issue by testing speaker with different connections: Bluetooth, USB, and Aux
Play audio from different sources. E.g. Spotify, Youtube.
For USB and Aux connections, ensure the cables are fully inserted in both ends.
