It offers three main functions: whisk, mix, and fold. While these cover the essentials, it may feel somewhat limited for more advanced baking needs. Performance-wise, it handles simple tasks well. Whisking eggs and sugar produces good results. However, when adding flour or other ingredients to create a dough or cake batter, it becomes less efficient. Ingredients tend to stick to the mixing attachment and the sides of the bowl, meaning you often have to stop and use a spatula to scrape everything down. This can interrupt the process and makes it harder to achieve a consistently smooth texture. Overall, the mixer does what is required for basic baking tasks. However, if you bake frequently or want a smoother, more efficient mixing experience, it would be worth investing in a more capable machine.

Poor design
Bought a couple of weeks ago. Used 3 times. Pros-The capacity of the bowl is good, nice balloon whisk, but that's where it ends. Disappointed. I should have taken heed of the other reviews. You spend more time stopping it to clean the bowl down as 1/2 of it doesn't mix because of the base line of the bowl. Very very noisy when on 5-6. I bake at least a few times a month but this will be going to a charity shop and I'll pay more for something that actually does its job. Very unhappy with it

This does have 6 speeds and pulsing, it won't fold like you can when mixing by hand but will go slow enough to act like folding.
