It’s fine but not the best
I’ve not used it lots but it is fine, although the beater doesn’t reach all the edges of the bowl so it missed some bits so have to do my own mix part way through to get it all together. And also they buried it very deep in the instructions not to put the beater in the dishwasher (although apparently the dough hook and whisk would be fine) so it stripped the coating so now I need to order a new beater. It’s fine but not the best

This does have 6 speeds and pulsing, it won't fold like you can when mixing by hand but will go slow enough to act like folding.
