I am very satisfied with this coffee machine. It does exactly what it is supposed to do and makes great coffee every day. The coffee tastes rich and fresh, and the machine is easy to use, even for beginners. The only downside is that it is a bit loud while working, especially in the morning. However, this does not change the fact that it is reliable and efficient. Overall, it is a very good coffee machine that fulfills its purpose well, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants good coffee at home.

Philips coffee machine
This Philips coffee machine does not heat the coffee properly. It only makes it warm, not hot. I contacted Argos to replace the item, but they refused, even though I purchased insurance. I am very disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service.

Compact but multi functional
Our first bean to cup machine and pleasantly pleased with its functionality. The Philips series 5 was recommended to us by a friend due to the easy clean milk frother. I can honestly say we have not been disappointed with the ease of use and the multi drink options; although it initially took a few trial cups before finding the best suited levels of coffee; milk & water ratio, this was then easy to store to a specific user profile. If I had to find fault it would be, as a result of running a rinse each time the machine is powered on & off the drip tray quickly fills with fluid requiring frequent emptying.
