Does the job!
Bought this for an office building. Really pulls the dirt out of the carpets. Quite heavy to use but simple to operate. Definitely recommend.

Rug Doc Tru Deep pet hair
We wanted one for cleaning carpets and rugs around the house… we have 2 dogs. The RD has done a great job, thought it would hold more water… but cleans a patch of say 3 square metres with each fill, so not too bad at all. Took out hair and cleaned all marks and traces of footfall altogether. Can’t fault it really. Ideally we’d have one that did tiled floor as well but it seems that’s asking too much. The only slight design floor is where you wind the plug cable onto the machine… it protrudes too close to where you need to wind on to a hook. It’s manageable, but could be easier.

This machine is incredible
After years of battling with a Bissell and not being happy with it’s performance, made the decision to get rid of it and try another brand. Looked at many brands but settled on the Rug Doctor after reading excellent reviews. Seriously impressed with the suction and the after results are incredible. Wish I’d bought one years ago, it’s so easy to use and clean and the amount of dirt this machine sucks up is amazing considering we don’t wear shoes in the house but do have a young cat and therefore feel the need to clean the carpets every summer, I was amazed at its performance.

“ The TruDeep is a Carpet-Only machine and is not suitable for Hard Floors. The Brush Bar cannot be easily removed, but it can be cleaned by putting the machine on its back and accessing the brush from the bottom. ”

The supplier has advised the following for the Rug Doctor TruDeep Upright Carpet Cleaner:
The Deep Carpet Cleaner and TruDeep Carpet Cleaner are very similar machines but they have been constructed for different purposes.
Although it is true that they have the same technical specifications in terms of suction power and tank capacity, the Deep Carpet Cleaner has bristles that work to pull dirt out of the carpets or upholstery.
On the TruDeep Carpet Cleaner, this features a unique rubber bristle on the Upholstery kit that are focused to removing stains caused by pets. These rubber bristles allow for less hair-tangling and increased agitation with specific types of pet stains.
If your customer is planning to use their machine for a domestic household without pets, we would recommend the Deep Carpet Cleaner.
If the customer is planning to use the machine around pets, we would recommend the TruDeep Carpet Cleaner as it is more fit for this purpose.
