The Rug Doctor TruDeep Upright Carpet Cleaner is built for pet owners who need a proper deep clean without the hassle. It tackles pet hair, stains and odours across carpets, rugs, stairs, upholstery, furniture, pet beds, and mattresses. The included handheld tool has rubberised bristles that grab pet hair from all those awkward spots, and there's no assembly needed, so you can get started straight out of the box. With 1300 air watts of power and dual cross brushes, it cleans your carpet in one pass and gets right to the edges.
The clean water tank holds 3.8l and the dirty water tank takes 4.2l, with a handy indicator that tells you when it's full. The 8.5m power cord gives you plenty of reach without constantly switching sockets, and the 2.4m hose lets you get to stairs and upholstery without lugging the whole machine around. The adjustable floorhead works on different carpet types, and it sucks up spills as well as deep-cleaning embedded dirt. At 16.75kg, it's got a carry handle to help you move it between rooms. You get an upholstery tool included, and it comes with a 2 year manufacturer's guarantee.

Great carpet cleaner
Clean the carpet very well but I am only short and found it a bit hard to pull backwards and manoeuvre. A bit heavy to carry up the steps but my carpet smells fresh and looks like new

“ The TruDeep is a Carpet-Only machine and is not suitable for Hard Floors. The Brush Bar cannot be easily removed, but it can be cleaned by putting the machine on its back and accessing the brush from the bottom. ”

The Deep Carpet Cleaner and TruDeep Carpet Cleaner are very similar machines but they have been constructed for different purposes.
Although it is true that they have the same technical specifications in terms of suction power and tank capacity, the Deep Carpet Cleaner has bristles that work to pull dirt out of the carpets or upholstery.
On the TruDeep Carpet Cleaner, this features a unique rubber bristle on the Upholstery kit that are focused to removing stains caused by pets. These rubber bristles allow for less hair-tangling and increased agitation with specific types of pet stains.
If your customer is planning to use their machine for a domestic household without pets, we would recommend the Deep Carpet Cleaner.
If the customer is planning to use the machine around pets, we would recommend the TruDeep Carpet Cleaner as it is more fit for this purpose.
