Rubbish, I'm taking it back. Took over 10 times to get the hot chocolate even luke warm. Didn't mix the chocolate powder at all I had to stir with a spoon. Pointless, wicker and easier and better result just microwaving the milk and stirring in the chocolate powder

Easy to use, easier to clean
I brought this for my wife for Christmas. I say brought for my wife, it's me that uses it (for her). Just bung in the ingredients and press the button and off it goes (don't forget the lid). It takes a few minutes like anything to heat and boom. Better than it was in the saucepan. Easy to use and even easier to clean. Highly recommended for any other husbands out there who's wife claims "you make it better than I do"
