I bought this several weeks ago for the pilates ring and it's been great!(Haven't tried the ball or resistance band yet) I did wonder if the ring would be flexible enough and it is . What you might expect for the price
The ring is very plastic-y and feels like it might break if you're pushing it too hard. The ball also lets out air easily and is difficult to refill. It was very cheap though!

The ball is around 22.8cm in diameter after being inflated.
It is not a mat but a resistance band. The resistance band is 120cm long, 15cm wide and 0.35mm thick.
