Have been using the ball and ring for a couple of week now - both work well, no problems. The ring comes ready made. The ball you blow up (very easy to do) & put in a stopper (there is also a second, spare stopper).

The ball is around 22.8cm in diameter after being inflated.
It is not a mat but a resistance band. The resistance band is 120cm long, 15cm wide and 0.35mm thick.
