God's sound, poor comfort
The sound it's pretty good, but the comfort it's right off, they don't sit comfortably in the ears and if you try to move they fall out. Definitely not an improvement from the previous ones

Don't stay in ear
Poor, they simply dont stay in my ears. I've had other in-ear headphones, including previous buds that sort of fit, but these certainly don't. Pretty sure my ears are a regular shape!

Very disappointed.
After only having the earbuds for 7 months, and only using them intermittently. The left bud is unbelievably quiet (on full volume/battery etc) to the point I can barely hear anything from it. The right one works fine but the left appears to have blown. Not what I would of expected š I have checked the Bluetooth settings on my s24 ultra and gear fit 3 as well as on the wearable app and there are no issues there. Hugely frustrating as im sure I will need to find a replacement but it will likely not be a Samsung product due to this issue š When both earbuds were working they were very good quality with crisp sound and good noise cancelling ability. Sadly it didn't last.

Not happy
I just can't fit them in my ears. They are not comfortable at all. I even can't tell nothing about sound because when I put them on i still have space between ear and bud. Luckily I received that as gift, otherwise I had to be so angry paying over a hundred of pounds. I was happy first when I received them and disappointed later.

Just don't waste your money.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received these as a incentive for buying s21ultra tab, like many people on here.. all they do is fall out of your ears. Can't comment on anything else as they just keep falling out, don't waste your money. I thought Samsung was a premium brand. After all they charge alot of money for the cases and glass protection. You can see why they they are "giving " them away.

Sound not working on one ear
I would not recommend these earbuds at all, they got spoilt twice and the first time they were repaired under the warranty and they got spoilt again and Samsung did not repair them under the warranty. The sound stopped working on one ear twice
