Doesn't stay in my ear. If I move about they just fall out. Unsure of the noise, battery, connection and durability as I never even turned them on. Can't even send back as the box has been opened

Ok, but ANC not great and easily fall out of ear.
Purchased as replacement for Buds Live. If honest, my wife prefers the fit of the Galaxy buds live to these, as these tend to slip and fall out. As not a proper fit, the active noise cancellation, is not that great, when compared to my Buds 3 pro, which has the tips so helps stay seating in the ear. Sound is good, case is good and decent usage time once charged.

Not as good as others
Not great. I bought these for my wife to replace an old pair. They fit fine but that’s where the positives end. The sound quality is poor with vocals being far to night and actually hurting your ears. I have altered all sound settings on the device and the streaming platforms, but still high tones on vocals. The noise cancelling doesn’t work very well either compared to others I have used. Very disappointing.
