Constantly need repairs
I bought these on release day back in July 2024. Ever since them every 6 months 1 of the earbuds goes extremely low that they have to be sent back to Samsung to be repaired. 18 months later its now my 3rd time having to send these off again. Every time I complain about it they only suggest sending off. Decent pair of headphones, not the best fit. Honestly wouldnt waste time getting them may be the Galaxy Bud Pros are better...

They are ok but the pinch to next song or shuffle to next play list is not working. I'm not very happy as this should work seamless but nowhere near. I would like an explanation how this can be fixed or to return these ear phoned
