Never stick Baking Tins
Last year I replaced my non stick frying pan a well known make that did not live up to its non stick promise. I purchased a frying pan and a wok from Scoville never stick range. These pans perform exactly as they promised and for the quality are inexpensive especially if you buy on promotion. I have just added to my collection a baking tray and a 6 unit Yorkshire or cupcake bakeware. I am hoping that Scoville will offer a sponge cake shallow pan in the future.

The boss baking tray
After putting up with bendy steel oven trays, with flaky anti stick coatings, we spent more on this Scoville and it is amazing. Its so non-stick its very easy to clean, it is lightweight, rigid and transfers heat like no other. No sign of the coating wearing at all. We love it.

Edge to edge, the tray is 358 x 258 mm. The cooking area is 335 x 240 mm (minus the lip around the edge) it is 12 mm high

This does have raised edges, however this is not rolled.

There is a lip all the way round, but no it isn’t ‘rolled’ therefore it doesn’t retain water. I have had no issues whatsoever with this Scoville baking tray.
