Terrible product terribly designed
This item broke on its first use. Because the plates are interchangeable the metal of the plates does not run through the handle. This he handle is just plastic and it snapped when I was closing it. It was thin bread chews cut with a knife bin cheese slice and thin ham. Basically I hadn’t overloaded it at all. Argos manager has refused a refund - against consumer rights. I got told I should have taken out the extended warranty! Bad product , worse service. Am attempting to contact some kind of head office which is proving difficult.

The waffles came out amazing!!! Fluffy, crispy! Haven't used the other features yet, but I can't wait to make a panini! Easy to pop the plates out and clean them. Quickly heats up, literally within a minute or 2 it's ready to be used.Highly recommend this product if you are a waffle lover 😁
