Impressed so far
So good so far on its irst go on tiled floors and limestone. My old steamer had traditional rectangular pads so got into corners but the rotating pads scrub and lifts dirt and stains more effectively; especially with two Golden Retriever dogs who leave muddy paws everywhere. Would be 5 stars but we'll see how the pads go after multi uses. Very impressed so far with the steam power and ability to tackle a variety of household marks.

Do much better than a manual mop!
I purchased this a month ago and I'm really impressed with it. My floors fell really clean now and it is a million times easier than using a normal mop!! So much less effort for much better results!

Doesn’t do what it says on the box
Bought this as we have a big dog with big paws 🐾 and other bits drip off too.. Really disappointed that on highest setting didn’t make any difference to floor marks on tiles , and left streaks on thre wooden floors. Took it back - really disappointing.

Good overall
Easy to set up and use. Leaves floors nicely clean and dry. Three settings are a good idea. Obviously the round pads don’t get into corners so that’s a bit of a bind. Doesn’t work well in narrow spaces e.g the sides of the toilet but overall I think it’s a good piece of kit.
