Steam cleaner not a deep enough clean.
Product is lightweight and very easy to use. I have a painful lower back so struggle with cleaning floors. I had no issues using this. The steamer has a couple of faults but Argos dealt with issuing a returns code immediately. Although the water tank appears small it dies last well, can easily do my whole kitchen hallway on one tank. If you are looking for a deeper clean on ceramic tiles this isn’t up to it. I still had to rub over certain areas with a cloth for more pressure. If you want a super fast, easy steam clean and polish this machine works perfectly . Much more hygienic and easier than a mop n bucket! You can add a scented floor cleaner to the water tank if you prefer a nice fresh odour whilst cleaning floors. Do not use the pads dirty , you will get a residue the shape of the cleaning circular shapes across the floor - very annoying to have to go over it again with clean discs. The cleaning declutters/discs fit very easily on the machine with Velcro but how long that will last not sure. Cleaning discs go in the washing machine. Too expensive for the item. Ideally top price should be £80 . It doesn’t deep clean well enough.

Steam mop
Makes a good job of cleaning our floor!! Does need a pass with the hoover first to get rid of the worst. Flooring through kitchen longe and hallway is now cleaned much quicker.

Super easy to use, quiet, and efficient.
Purchased this as I was sick of constantly cleaning oir textured floor tiles and it still being dirty. The mop heats up super quickly and delivers the steam with enough force to effectively shift the greasy grime that had settled in the nooks and crannies in the tiles. It doesn't draw the water off the floor but a quick once over behind the mop with a microfiber cloth and hey presto...clean floors! Great quality product as you'd expect from Shark.

I bought this recently and I absolutely love it. We have tiled floors downstairs and this has been a game changer, it is easy to use, quick and the floors have never been cleaner which is saying something as we have 2 labradors.

Good solid performance
Works well, feels very solid and appears to clean effecticc bc Ely. Only small criticism is that the water tank cover does t feel very robust and the tank itself is a little small. Using it for a reasonable size kitchen, cloak room and hall way doesn’t leave much water left in the tank.
