Great steam mop
Great product and light weight. Easy to use and my kitchen floor came up cleaner than mopping. Doesn’t take much effort or time. I spray the floors first so they smell nice as you can’t put cleaning products in it.

Dreadful streaks
I bought this two weeks ago and am so unhappy. The dual scrubbers leave the most terrible streaks and even when the floor isn’t dirty you can still see the marks. I have to go down on my hands and knees and remove the streaks , which begs the question, why bother with the machine? So disappointed and even after changing the cleaning pads after the initial clean, and then remopping the floor, I am left with circular streaks. Total waste of money !

Great in general but water tank doesn’t draw correctly. It can’t let any air into the tank and so it stops steaming.

Fab steam mop
Very happy with this product, I was forever mopping my kitchen floor which I thought was clean but this steam mop has proved to be a winner! Love the spinning pads to get up any stuck on bits from the dog. I have vinyl flooring which it suggests to have on light mode but I have used the medium and high with having the dog, it’s brilliant.

Rubbish
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rubbish doesn't get into corners, leaves a circular trail on flooring, doesn't scrub like it says its supposed to, does not get the floor clean, my regular spin mop is loads better, don't waste your miney like i did, mines sat in its box now

Best steam scrubber
We have York flagstones throughout our entire ground floor. Because natural stone can be uneven and porous, finding the right cleaning machine has always been a challenge.This floor scrubber has been absolutely brilliant. We have found it to be the best floor scrubber we've used, and we are incredibly pleased with the results. It cleans deeply without damaging the sealer, leaving the flags looking fresh and completely refreshed. If you have natural stone flooring, I highly recommend this machine

The Steam & Scrub is suitable for most sealed hard floors, including many Amtico floors. We recommend testing a small hidden area first and checking your floor manufacturer's care guidelines before use. It should not be used on unsealed, unglazed, or wax-polished floors.
