Love love love
I love a steam mop and have had a few over the years- with two boys, cat and a dog, the grain on the wood floor gets really grubby over time and previous steam mops, although clean the floors, didn’t get deep enough to clean that so end up having to scrub my floors with a brush occasionally. This mop is fantastic and you can actually see where it’s scrubbed the floors, managed to get into the grain of the wood and gives a proper good clean every time. I absolutely love it and was great value for money. Easy to set up and use, actually can’t fault it in any way.

Very good steam cleaner
I bought this last month and it is so good at cleaning my tiled floor. I have used it on the low setting for the wood floor also with very good results. I find that to keep the cleaning cloths clean I need to put in a quick wash straight after use. It’s quick to generate steam (much qicker than my last steam cleaner) and easy fill the water container and finally doesn’t take up much room for storage

Shark Steam Mop
Bought the Shark Steam mop two weeks ago and actually didn't have high hopes in reality. But proved totally wrong !!. Its very good at scrubbing my very dirty stone floors to a good clean state. I must add though (and thought this before ordered) if floors very dirty you will need to mop (traditional) away dirty foam water as well. But now on top of it less grime is coming up and Shark mop cleaning the dirty away not just shuffling it about - same as any mop, got to keep refreshing the water / clean the mop head. Added 20 seconds power steamer does seem to help on marks as well. Overall very good and saves on the scrubbing massively .

We can confirm that this steam mop is suitable for textured tiles as long as the tiles are properly sealed.
