Poor backup.
Steam mop itself is good. My low rating is the backup from Shark. My mop has stopped producing steam after 1 and a half years. Shark say there no warranty because I bought it from a supplier that is not on their approved list. I would be surprised if many people check this when they buy a product online. Second one
Purchased a second one after I wore out my first. Gave excellent service until it sounded like the bearings were going. Maybe I used it too much ! This one is the same with a power blaster which is great for stubborn bits. Same ease of use and quietness. Find the water filler a bit more fiddly than the previous but not a problem. Cannot fault it.

This steam mop can clean a medium-sized room in one go. We do not have exact measurements available at the current moment.
This steam mop is designed specifically for hard-floor surfaces. We do not recommend using it for carpets.
Since the Shark S8021UK is perfectly designated for all sealed hard floors, it is also compatible with porcelain tiles.
We can confirm that the pads can be washed and reused. We recommend machine-washing them without detergent, as it can leave streak marks on the floor when the pads are used.
You should use the dust pads first, then the cleaning pads.

The scrub pads can be purchased separately from the Shark Clean website.
