Waste of money
Don’t waste your money. I’ve had this about a year now and I really regret buying it. After using it the floors look clean, but if you swipe the floor with kitchen paper it still comes up dirty. You can’t get into corners with this either so dirt build up there over time and you end up having to clean corners by hand or use a different mop, which defeats the point of buying this very expensive appliance to be honest.

What a product!! This is a brilliant steam mop, streak less, leaves incredible shine, has brilliant adaptive technology to clean the floors incredibly well and yet doesn’t damage anything it comes in contact with like chair or table legs, due to its clever vibration system. The pads are great quality and the steam mop itself is just fantastic. Worth every penny - trust me!

We can confirm that this steam mop is suitable for textured tiles as long as the tiles are properly sealed.
The measurements of the box are the following: Height: 1206.8 mm, Width: 217.17 mm, Depth: 378 mm.
This steam mop can be used on any kind of hard-floor surface as long as the floor is completely sealed. It will not leave streak marks on the tiles as long as it is used according to the instruction manual.
This steam mop can clean a medium-sized room in one go. We do not have exact measurements available at the current moment.
This steam mop is designed specifically for hard-floor surfaces. We do not recommend using it for carpets.
Since the Shark S8021UK is perfectly designated for all sealed hard floors, it is also compatible with porcelain tiles.
We can confirm that the pads can be washed and reused. We recommend machine-washing them without detergent, as it can leave streak marks on the floor when the pads are used.
You should use the dust pads first, then the cleaning pads.
