Great steamer
Just bought this not long a go i can really say it makes a big difference when floor have been washed with mop and then dried it leaves them streak free the preheat time takes a couple on seconds and scrubs floor very clean

Very poor product, waste of money.
Very poor product. Was excited to use it, however on using it realised quickly it does not clean very well at all, certainly not what you expect a steam cleaner should be doing. Tiled floors did not look or feel any cleaner after using. Very disappointed for the price paid, would be much better of with disposable wipes for a flash mop. Do not waste your money on this. Look elsewhere as this is not worth spending money on.

Not for hard bathroom floor tiles
Useless on hard bathroom tiles. Done the whole floor & not one mark removed. Devastated as this was the reason I purchased & it had not fulfilled

Not impressed
I've had the steam mop now a few months and I'm not impressed with it ..... as the jet of steam on the front of the machine dose nothing at all as it's just a spray of mist across the floor and doesn't do anything at all. apart of a loud hissssss as it steams It would have been better for it to be built in to the front so it actually hits the floor as its' supposed to be for stubborn stains....... so it was angled ????? I've actually gone back to using a mop and bucket for a better clean
