Also, the positions of the individual heating areas are sensibly positioned to allow for all areas to be used at any one time. The only minor problem is the visibility on the switches, they should be brighter in colour.

An unfortunate choice!!!
Not a lot to like as the controls are virtually unreadable. So feint that I have to use overhead lighting to read and have marked the dials with a white inset.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Bosch PKE611CA3E Electric Ceramic Hob - Black: Connection is at the back, in the centre of the hob. There is no connection cable. The appliance must be installed by an electrician for Perilex plug connection.

The supplier has advised the following for the Bosch PKE611CA3E Electric Ceramic Hob - Black:
“ All types of pans will be ok to use on ceramic hobs. Only induction hobs require a specific type of pans. ”
