Does the job
We needed a new toaster and bought this one as it was inexpensive, to use whilst we made up our minds what to buy for ongoing, permanent use. Having now used this TEFAL toaster for a few weeks we have decided it is exactly what we need anyway, so we won't be looking for an alternative!

Great features for money
I bought this on an offer for my son to match his kettle. We chose this toaster and the matching kettle because of the cool wall feature which is beneficial to his disabilities and also a great safety feature as his kitchen is quite small and we wanted to ensure nothing hot is within reach.

Terrible
Couldn’t get on with it, toasting settings resets to lowest when turned off so have to up settings every time you use it. You can’t lift up bread while on to look at it how it’s doing unlike my old toaster.

A competent toaster with a smart appearance
This is an attractive toaster. I particularly like the dark blue colour which is both smart and a practical serviceable colour. It toasts very well, with reasonably even toasting on both sides. A near unique feature is the large countdown timer. This is more useful than expected. It's handy to know when the toaster is going to pop, plus if you just change your mind you can stop according to the elapsed time. The touch buttons are easy to use and give a clean finish. The only thing missing is a 'rack', eg, to heat a bun. It's a pity a simple pop-up rack couldn't have been incorporated. That was the feature which the Bosch had, and was the closest competitor. A close call, for me but the countdown timer and distinctive colour swung it for me.

Hi, we can confirm that this product will toast both sides evenly.
It will fit, but if you want the whole slice toasted you may need to turn the bread upside down halfway through cooking as the slots are quite short
