Faulty grille pain
I bought one month ago and think there is slughtly faulty because inly one side if the loaf is grilled ... So we have to grill twice by turning loaf side.

Great looking 2 slice toaster. Love the settings and timer. Most sliced bread toasts well, but some large toasting breads leave do not fit without trimming one side.

Lead is too short
I have already returned this toaster unused, because the lead is so short that there is nowhere in my kitchen that I can plug it in!! Just over two feet of wire is not enough!!

Does the job
We needed a new toaster and bought this one as it was inexpensive, to use whilst we made up our minds what to buy for ongoing, permanent use. Having now used this TEFAL toaster for a few weeks we have decided it is exactly what we need anyway, so we won't be looking for an alternative!

Having used this now identified that bread slots not long or deep enough - large slice has to be turned to toast whole slice

Hi, we can confirm that this product will toast both sides evenly.
It will fit, but if you want the whole slice toasted you may need to turn the bread upside down halfway through cooking as the slots are quite short
