Nice kettle, bought effortlessly for my sister.
I was over visiting my sister in Manchester to support her after her husband had died. She knows nothing about technology and doesn't have a mobile phone. I was happy to help her with purchasing a new kettle for her online. It arrived promptly to her address and it's just one thing less for her to have to deal with. The kettle works perfectly.

Excellent value - though it does take slightly longer to come to the boil than the broken Russel Hobbs it replaces. Ideally needs a power on indicator, which the old one had, but great value considering the price.

Great Kettle for the price.
Good all round but some design considerations should be made for v2 like the fact that the UK has a lot of hardwater so the design should allow for easy cleaning. Maybe avoid the lip around the top so limescale does not get stuck in there when you try to empty it. And maybe a different hinge design as the button to open the lid no longer works properly as I assume limescale has caused friction in the lid hinge. Othewise, it is a nice kettle

Great value and looks good
Needed a simple, easy to use kettle for my 88 year old mum. This did the job nicely. Reasonable price, easy to see fill level, one cup fill level which is smaller minimum than many other kettles. Lid opens easily and has a large aperture for filling, sits nicely on the base and looks good. It doesn't light up when it is boiling but I knew this when purchased, can't see why you need that when you can clearly hear it is on.

I brought this as I need a new kettle. But when I followed instructions on how to open the lid. It's wouldn't open so I had to take it back and get a refund.
