Been using this kettle numerous times a day, it’s a great kettle, boils very quickly and very quietly, there’s a water level indicator on both side very handy for me being left handed. Would highly recommend it

Really nice looking kettle holds a lot of water and boils very quickly. The measures on the side are useful to know, even showing just two cups of water can save on electricity. It doesn’t make a lot of noise boiling and is easy to pour so it’s great.

The plastic water level indicator is held in place by friction. If you try to remove it gently, while the unit is cold, it will come away. It can also be put back in.

Having checked the manual I can see you will need to lower the filter into the kettle, and engage the bottom hook in the bottom of the spout. Press the top of the filter towards the kettle, to lock the hook in
place.
