Effective cleaner
So long as you use this properly (as instructed) it works really well. Personally I found the brushes a bit too harsh for my carpet but the other side (rubber patterned) works really well. The machine is certainly portable and easy to use so I can easily plug it in and use it when required

Disappointing
This product promises much but delivers on little. Regardless of the marketing it is essentially a wet vac with a spray button. The wet vac function is weak, carpet will not be merely damp but will remain wet after several passes. The machine does not reduce the effort required in cleaning a carpet or upholstery, scrubbing is still needed. There is no mechanical scrub function like you would find in an upright. I spent so long on my hands and knees scrubbing with this thing I may as well have used soapy water and a cloth, at least then I wouldn't have had the sound of it in my ear. On the cleaning effectiveness, make no mistake, it is the supplied solvents doing the heavy lifting not the device itself. This product is so disappointing it has made me wary of making any future Shark purchases, the one thing I can give Shark credit for here is the marketing department which really knocked it out of the park. Save yourself some money and get a cordless wet vac and some pet odour neutraliser spray

Wow what's amazing product Received it yesterday used it this afternoon on the staying on my rogue From a puppy having an accident and it cleared it all in first try easy to use . I can't believe how great it was the only criticism I have got all the attachments are amazing but it would be nice if we could have a bag or some sort of case to put the whole unit and all the extra heads in different sections to store it But that is honestly the only thing that I think it needs is a product very happy with itGreat product by shark yet again
