Our previous doorbell had become unreliable and, although this model was from the same manufacturer, I decided that the combination of a battery-powered chime and a plug-in mains powered one would be a good upgrade. Good to have a range of chimes and volumes available too although the maximum could have been even louder for my taste.

This is my 3rd door bell, I bought one for my son my friend and one for myself. The one I bought now was for my friend and she loves it and she can it in her conservative.

No, you cannot. This is a wireless device, but it’s wireless only in the context of the button not being connected to the doorbell inside by a physical cord. It's not wireless in the context of Bluetooth. It works via a radio frequency.
