ok mat, the strap is useless
The actual mat itself is fine. However I had to buy a separate bag to carry it around. The mat comes with a strap but it's useless, it's too loose and doesn't adjust, so the mat just falls out.

Slim and grippy!
I bought this mat for a new Pilates class and have found it to be light to carry to the class and very grippy for hands and feet, so no slipping. It is longer than other mats, which was useful for some of the exercises where my arms had to raised backwards whilst I was lying flat. Overall a good buy.

Good grip
Got this a few weeks ago to try out different material doing yoga/stretches to get back into it, good grip on the mat which I think the cork helps with this ,as I used to slip on my previous mat which was more like a foam material. Comes with a handy strap ,once rolled up the mat and loop over each end and easy to carry to classes.

As to whether it's thick and bulky will be a personal and subjective thing. However, it does roll up quite tightly and comes with a strap to allow you to carry it round.
