Great wifi
Got it 3-4 weeks ago, and all is good so far. Put my fastest devices on 6ghz and the rest to 2.4&5ghz.

Just Superb
What a stonking router at a great Argos price. I bought this router for the tri band Wifi 7 and Easymesh capabilities. We have an existing old Mesh 4 system that struggles with all the smart home kit it is now running. This was bought to work with our existing router which has now replaced the old wifi 4 setup and become an easymesh satellite. This router allowed an additional Iot (internet of things) network to be created for all the smart gear without reprogramming it. Everything works a treat and is much smoother. TP Link gear is excellent value (especially when Argos take Nectar points too)... Oh and the 2.5Gbe network future proofs the broadband and allows blistering LAN traffic... Affordable and cutting edge at the same time... My best nerdy purchase in a long while

The Wi-Fi Wizard That Banished My Buffering Demons
I plugged this beast in and suddenly my internet went from dial-up dinosaur to warp-speed wizardry. My cat now streams bird videos in 4K, my fridge is tweeting motivational quotes, and I think my toaster joined a Zoom call. If this router had legs, I’d marry it. 10/10 would let it babysit my bandwidth again.

Great device
Very stable connection and good range.

An excellent WiFi 7 router
This router is simple to setup with a responsive web interface, so much better than the Netgear device it is replacing. The only reason it did not get 5stars is the Android app for the day to day tasks on the router, allows full page adverts that you have to click past. This has only happed once so far, but not a nice thing to do.

Hello Von,
I can advise the following for the TP-Link BE9300 Tri-Band Wi-Fi 7 Router:
This isn't 4/5G compatible so no SIM slot.
Thanks for using Q & A.
Hi Ade,
Yes, this router is compatible with fiber.
Thanks for using Q&A.
Hi,
TP-Link routers support working with most of Internet Service Provider (ISP) that has no restrictions or special settings from the ISP. Usually, you can directly connect the TP - Link router to the modem, ISP - provided router or the network cable that is directly connected to the ISP. If connecting to the ISP's router, it is recommended to set the TP - Link router to access point mode. Operation guide: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/1384/...
Thanks for using Q&A.
Hi Angie,
It is suggested to connect no more than 120 devices to this router.
Thanks for using Q&A.
Hello Sam,
I can advise the following for the TP-Link BE9300 Tri-Band Wi-Fi 7 Router:
This will require an ethernet (RJ45) connection to a modem for the internet. It doesn't support ADSL/DSL (RJ11). This still needs to be connected to main power as well. If you have fibre and an internal wall box, you should be able to use the ethernet connection from the wall box to this and avoid using the ISP (internet service providers) router/modem.
Thanks for using Q&A.

Hi Matty,
A separate modem or gateway may be required when using Archer BE550. A modem is used to connect your network to your Internet Service Provider (ISP), acting as a bridge between the local network and the ISP's network.
Thanks for using Q&A.
Hello Nandhu,
The supplier has advised the following for the TP-Link BE9300 Tri-Band Wi-Fi 7 Router:
"The HomeShield has 2 plans—Basic and Advanced. The Basic is free and Advanced will be paid version." (We'd advise to check the Brand's website for more info and pricing).
And also: "The VPN function can be setup in 4 scenarios".
More details on these can be found on the Brand's website but, broadly speaking, it breaks down thus: working as a VPN Server (Case 1 and Case 2), and connecting to a remote VPN server as a VPN Client (Case 3 and Case 4).
Thank you for using Q&A.
Hello Waqy,
From the information we have available, I can advise that you can purchase multiple of these TP-Link BE9300 Tri-Band Wi-Fi 7 Router or any EasyMesh router/range extender to further form your whole home multi-gigabit mesh WiFi. No more searching for a stable connection.
I cannot advise if this setup is better than buying the Deco BE65.
Thank you for using Q&A
