About this product
Portable power when you're off-grid or caught short. The EcoFlow RIVER 2 Max Portable Power Station offers 512Wh capacity to keep phones, tablets, laptops and household appliances running when camping, travelling or during power cuts. It fully recharges in an hour, much faster than standard stations, so you can top it up while packing and head out without waiting. With AC output up to 500W (or 1000W using X-Boost mode), it powers multiple devices or appliances like a vacuum cleaner or sandwich maker when needed.
Four USB outputs let you charge several devices simultaneously, and LED indicators show charging status and remaining battery. A cable is included, and pass-through charging lets you power devices while the station recharges. The battery uses long-lasting chemistry designed for thousands of cycles, about a decade of everyday use, and performs well in warmer conditions. Control everything through the EcoFlow app to monitor levels, adjust speeds, and customise settings from your phone. Weighing around 6kg and compact enough to transport easily, it's backed by a 5-year manufacturer's guarantee.

We were able to use it for two days, and it served every purpose, from charging phones to utilizing the hot plate and various other functions, proving to be very durable. Drains power when not being charged, at 7-8% per day. Argos and EcoFlow then play games about who is responsible for issuing refund paperwork. Avoid

Easy extra powerbank, would recommend.
Been using this in my campervan as extra power. It’s great so far, charges quickly (about 1hr). Easy enough to carry and move around. Very easy to use.

DISSAPOINTED
Very disappointed! I also own a Jackery power station, same wattage and it lasts a huge amouynt longer running the same lighting from it. I complained to argos. They put e in touch with Ecoflow, who advised me to update the product. Which I did, and the product still functions the same. I contacted Ecoflow again and heard nothing.

Purchased to run diesel heater for campervan, ideal size and power output. Running a 5kW unit no issues, highly recommend for this application!

This is amazing piece of kit charges every thing from phones to my astro gear and took 4 times going out at 4 hours a time and also use it at home before I needed to recharge it and from 0 to 100% took 1 hour i love it

Yes, however not for long, 1000W lasts for 0.4 hours, 2.5Kw would be 0.15 hours.
