I bought this a couple of weeks ago as a present for a sibling and so far it has lived up to it's worth. It has various floss heads and works more efficiently than a model I got a few years ago from boots. Overall good for the price.

This seems to be a bit more user friendly than the previous Waterpiks I've had, the flashing LED in the charging lead means that you can't under or over charge the internal battery. Maybe this one will last out its two-year waterpik warranty without the batteries going flat - time will tell.

Messy but ok product
It's very messy. Water goes everywhere as soon as you remove it from your mouth. It's like a jet wash on your teeth, I wouldn't say it's like flossing, it's just a jet wash at your teeth!

"We do not recommend putting mouthwash in the reservoir, only water.
1 Tbsp of white vinegar and the rest warm water can be used to clean the device internally, but other than that we do not recommend anything else."

You should also use flosser first and then brush, otherwise you will be rinsing away the fluoride from your toothpaste.
