Good idea, not that good execution
Not very comfortable construction: it is too bulky and not convenient to hold. Water goes too strong. But idea is brilliant, really makes a difference to teeth health.

Not the best water flosser to Pik!
I bought a Waterpik plus flosser in April 2025 Unfortunately I had to return it at the end of November 2025. The on/off switch was very temperamental and kept jamming and also the battery was not holding its charge. I was hoping for a refund from argos but instead was given the exact same flosser. This was the second flosser I have owned from Waterpik, the first lasted 18 months before the switch failed. I will not buy another Waterpik again until I know that they have improved their quality and design.

Does the job well.
It has a simple and effective design. Just be mindful the instructions make no mention of the green light that flashes on the plug. I kept it plugged in expecting it to turn solid green once fully charged but it never did. Customer services told me the flashing light ONLY indicates there is power to the cable.

Water flosser works!
The water tank needs filling up more often than I’d imagined and that’s on the slower setting but it does a good job and I’m pleased I bought it. I floss every evening using dental tape but this water flosser finishes the job, especially on the inside of the teeth, before brushing.

"We do not recommend putting mouthwash in the reservoir, only water.
1 Tbsp of white vinegar and the rest warm water can be used to clean the device internally, but other than that we do not recommend anything else."

You should also use flosser first and then brush, otherwise you will be rinsing away the fluoride from your toothpaste.
